Baby Reflexology
Baby reflexology is very gentle and is suitable from babies of 1 month old and upwards. A lightness of touch with care and sensitivity is required. It is designed to help ease symptoms such as colic, aids sleeping, boost the immune system, teething pain and help provide an overall feeling of calm and deep relaxation. Should there have been and birth trauma eg, forceps delivery or caesarean then reflexology will assist with balancing the effects and provide release.
If the parent would like a reflexology treatment as well in the same session, that can be arranged. Baby has 30 minutes and parent has 30 minutes.

A joint treatment for you the parent and your babyor child in one session. The baby or child will receive 30 minutes of gentle reflexology followed by the parent receiving 30 minutes of reflexology of their choice from the reflexology treatment menu.
