There are many treatments available for men at Linden Therapies. We can offer men's bespoke facials as part of a men's grooming package including pedicures, back treatments, a full range of massages and reflexology.
Using a variety of pressures, stroking and kneading movements, the massage techniques I use are designed to induce deep relaxation, relieve pain, ease tension and release tight muscles. Excellent for improving skin tone and quality, these massage strokes stimulate the circulation oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and help to enhance the release of toxins and lymphatic drainage.

Men's Bespoke Organic Aromatherapy Facial using Neal's Yard Remedies
A bespoke facial for men to de-grease, de-age and calm a stressed dehydrated skin. After a welcome touch this facial begins with a deep breathing and relaxation techniques followed by neck and shoulder massage using essential oils. Using NYR's high quality organic products to cleanse, exfoliate, tone, boost circulation and moisturise the skin.
You will receive a reflexology treatment (to feet or hands and arm) as the benefits of the mask are allowed to absorb.

Thermo-auricular therapy
(Hopi ear candles)
A relaxing stress free natural therapy which relieves sinusitis, catarrh, headaches and migraines. After an interior ear examination a candle (long hollow taper) is placed within the ear, lit and allowed to burn for 5–12 minutes. The treatment concludes with a forehead and eye massage that instantly melts away any tension and congestion.
